Depending on the bonus offer there are different wagering requirements that you need to fulfil in order to have your bonus balance available for withdraw.
The amount of bonus cash needs to be wagered a certain amount of times which varies depending on the bonus offer. It may be from 20x up to 40x the bonus amount.
For example: if you deposit 500 GTQ and claim your 1st deposit bonus of 500 GTQ then you would have to wager 40 times x 500 GTQ (which is the the bonus amount) with a total wager of 20,000 GTQ.
You can use your bonus amount in specified games; your credit will be different on non-bonus games (just your cash money will be shown) and on bonus games you can see your cash and your claimed bonus together.
When having an active bonus, Cash Balance Money will be used before the Bonus Balance Money.
Your Cash Balance Money has 1X wagering requirements to be able for withdrawal .
This means that for example: if you have 500 GTQ Real Money and 500 GTQ Bonus, you will play your Cash Balance Money balance first.
You only start using your Bonus Money balance once there’s no more Real Money left on the account.
Your played bet from your cash amount counts toward the wagering requirements. (After you reach the 1x wagering requirement needed for Cash balance)
Any credit that you win when playing with Real Money or Bonus Money, will be locked in the bonus balance and will be transferred to Withdrawable balance once you complete bonus wagering.
You can not withdraw bonus funds from your bonus balance until you fulfil the bonus wagering requirement.
If your bonus balance reaches zero (0), all wagering requirements are counted as fulfilled.
